A focus timer with a travel mascot that journeys around the world as you complete sessions. Screen Time (Family Controls) app blocking, WidgetKit widgets, Live Activities & Dynamic Island — all native Swift.

Built the whole monetization funnel (StoreKit + RevenueCat + Superwall) and a 20+ step Mixpanel onboarding funnel, then found and fixed the #1 drop-off (22.6%).

Bill payments, P2P, and community collections entirely inside WhatsApp. Production-grade and pre-launch — the launch-partner dashboard is seeded with a Lagos church's real 84-account chart of accounts. Double-entry bookkeeping with DB-enforced balanced journals, bank reconciliation from real bank statements, ~45K-LOC dashboard with 75+ test files.

Designed a direct-charge architecture (zero stored value) that legally sidestepped a ₦100M PSSP licensing requirement.
